What Predge does
Predge surfaces public on-chain trading activity from prediction markets and delivers alerts via Telegram and a web dashboard. We're an information tool — we don't execute trades, hold your funds, or give financial advice.
Who can use it
You need to be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live (usually 18). You're responsible for making sure you can legally use Predge and any third-party platforms you access through it (like Polymarket).
If you're somewhere where prediction markets aren't allowed, that's between you and your local laws — not us.
Not financial advice
This is the important part: everything you see on Predge is information, not a recommendation.
- Wallet scores, "insider" flags, P&L numbers — they're calculated from public data using heuristics that can be wrong
- Past performance doesn't predict future performance
- You can lose money on prediction markets
- Trade at your own risk
Your account
Sign in via Privy (email, Google, or wallet) for the web app, or just message our bot on Telegram. Keep your account secure. If something looks off, email hello@predge.io.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, spam, harassment, that kind of thing).
Pro subscriptions
Pro is $20/month or $200/year, paid via Telegram Stars (and Stripe later). It auto-renews — cancel anytime in the bot. If something's wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out.
We may change pricing with 14 days notice. If you're already subscribed, your current price is locked in until renewal.
What you can't do
Don't:
- Scrape or resell our data
- Use Predge to harass or dox people
- Reverse engineer the product
- Use it for anything illegal
Our stuff is our stuff
Predge's code, branding, scoring formulas, and copy are ours. The blockchain trade data we display isn't owned by anyone — it's public.
You're welcome to share screenshots and quote us on social media. Just credit predge.io.
Third parties
Predge runs on top of services we don't control: Telegram, Polymarket, Privy, Vercel, Railway, Anthropic, Sentry, PostHog, Stripe. If they break, we might break too. We're not responsible for their actions or outages.
The "no warranty" part
The service is provided "as is." We try our best, but we don't guarantee:
- Alerts arrive on time or are accurate
- Wallet scores reflect actual skill
- The site or bot will always work
- Markets will resolve any particular way
If something goes wrong
Our maximum liability for any claim is the greater of $25 USD or what you paid us in the last 12 months.
We're not liable for indirect damages — lost profits, lost trades, lost data, etc.
Some places don't allow these limits, in which case our liability is whatever the local law allows as the minimum.
Ending things
You can stop using Predge whenever. We can suspend access if you break these rules. The disclaimers and liability sections stick around even after you leave.
Changes to these terms
We might update this page. If we change something material, we'll let you know via the bot or on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — set after entity registration]. We'll try to work things out informally first. If we can't, disputes go to binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions).
