We collect as little as we can get away with. Here's the rundown.
What we collect
You give us:
- Telegram user ID and username (when you use the bot)
- Email address (when you sign in to the web app via Privy)
- Wallet address (if you connect one through Privy)
- Wallets you add to your watchlist
- Payment confirmations (we never see your card number)
We collect automatically:
- Bot interactions (commands you send, when, errors)
- Web visits (pages, referrer, country, device — via PostHog)
- Errors and crashes (via Sentry)
From others:
- Polymarket: public on-chain trade data (not yours unless you connect your own Polymarket wallet)
- Privy: confirmation that you logged in successfully
What we do with it
- Run the service (deliver alerts, render the dashboard, process payments)
- Keep abusers out
- Improve the product
- Answer your support questions
- Comply with law if we have to
We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't share with marketers.
How long we keep things

After that, it's deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask what we have on you
- Fix it if it's wrong
- Delete it
- Export it
- Tell us to stop processing
- Take back consent
- Complain to your local data protection authority

Where your data lives
Our servers run in the US and EU. If you're in the EU/UK and your data crosses borders, we use Standard Contractual Clauses to keep it protected.
Kids
Predge is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email hello@predge.io.
Security
We do the basics well: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted backups, access controls, dependency monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
If we ever have a breach that affects you, we'll tell you within the timeframes the law requires.
Changes
We might update this. Material changes will be announced via the bot and on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.
